The person that made them used a heart from the Close To My Heart
Cricut Cartridge. I do not have that one and it's cost around $80.00 so I looked through my cartridges and found this one in the Doodle Charms Cartridge and designed it in Cricut Craft Room.
Inside I wrote Happy Valentine's Day in silver.
