Pattern Paper: K and Company Happy Halloween paper
Cardstock: Black, Yellow, Purple,Green
I Rock tool and silver gems, Halloween Ribbon, White gel pen, Pop-dots, Computer generated saying- Font Lettering Delights Hot Dots
Card size: 5 1/2 by 4 1/4
Cut pattern paper 1/4 inch smaller and wrap ribbon around it. Attach pattern paper to card front.
Witches hat cut at 3 1/2 inches with all layers cut at same size. Put all layers together and go around with white gel pen.
Use pop-dots to pop the hat up.
Use the I rock tool and attach silver gems to each corner.
Attach the saying to the front. Enjoy!

totally cute - the ribbon is a nice addition & again, the gel pen with the stitching gives it nice dimension. You're rocking the Halloween cards!
