Card size is 5 1/2 by 4 1/4 inches. The card base is white cardstock. I covered the front with a piece of pattern paper cut to the same size of the card.
The umbrella is cut at 3.5 inches. I cut the base layer is the silver cardstock and the top of the umbrella with the pattern paper. I did not cut the face layer.  On some of the dots on the umbrella I put a gem to add some sparkle. I went over the other dots with a black glaze pen to darken the dots. I added glossy accents to the handle. I used pop dots to pop up the umbrella. The phrase was cut from wild card cartridge at real dial size at 2 inches.  I added white gel pen dots to the letters.  I went around the edge with the white gel pen.
