This is going to be a framed piece. It is 8 1/2 by 11 inches. I used my cricut and the Sure Cuts Alot program to cut Marilyn. I used a font called Famous People. I cut it in black cardstock and mounted it on white cardstock. I then cut around the white and the final product is mounted on red cardstock. This will go to a family member who loves anything Marilyn. Hope they like it. I will frame it in a black frame. I really like the way this turned out. Enjoy!
I created this blog as a place to show my cards and other paper crafts. My hope is that they inspire other crafters. I hope you enjoy my projects and inspire that little spark of creativity. Enjoy looking around.

Simple Red and Black Halloween Card

For this card I used my drippy goo .svg file and a free bat file from svgcuts.com. I cut the drippy goo out using my cricut and SCAL program ay 2 inches. I used red for the base and black for the shadow. I cut the bat out at 5 inch wide with the keep proportions button on. The stamped image came from a dollar stamp at Micheals last year. I used the new white embossing powder I just bought. Enjoy!

Halloween Cat
The cat is from a free cut file from www. svgcuts.com/blog/ I used wild card cartridge for the card. The cat is cut at 2 inches using Sure Cuts Alot. The card is cut at 5 1/2 inches and the liner is cut the same. Make sure you do not used real dial size. Happy Halloween is cut at 5 inches. I used the stitched card with the liner. I used the center cut out on the inside of the card and glued the cat to that paper. The wording is from the cartridge also under phrases. inside I went around the paper with a white gel pen and I used chestnut roan ink on the edges of the paper. Ignore the date on the picture it's wrong. Enjoy!

Snappy Birthday
The inspiration for this card came from a card I saw that used a rubber stamp for the crab and the wording. I did not have the stamp but with the cricut and SCAL I didn't need a stamp.
For this card I used the SCAL program to cut the crab and the lettering. The crab is from
For this card I used the SCAL program to cut the crab and the lettering. The crab is from http://svgcuts.com/blog/ it was a free cut file. Check out this site. They have some great cuts. The crab was cut at 4 inches. The top layer in red and the bottom layer in black. I added some red stickles to him to dress him up. The letters were cut from a font on my computer at 3/4 inch. I added frosted lace stickles to the letters and the circles on the paper. The card is from Wild Card Cartridge it is the doily card cut with the blackout button on. The size of the card is 5 1/2 inches. Enjoy!
