Cardstock is cut to make a 5 1/2 by 4 1/4 inch card base. The Clover/Shamrock is cut at 3 inches. I cut the base in yellow/gold and the top layer in 2 shades of green. I added green flocking to one side and went around the edge of the other clover/shamrock with a green matallic pen. I used the Martha Stewart border punch on both pieces of pattern paper and went down both sides of each paper.  I attached the clover/shamrock with pop dots. I stamped the saying with green ink and used decorative edge scissors around the edge and popped it up.
