Art Journal Page: Fall

Acrylic Paint: Red, Green, Yellow, Orange
Distress Ink: Wild honey, Barn door, Peeled Paint
Spectrum Noir Pens: Brown Set
Cricut Machine: Cricut Craft Room Basics Lettering (used as a stencil)
Sizzix: big Shot, Thanksgiving Sizzlets Leaf die
Making Memories: Leaf Stamp
Recollections: Cream Card Stock,  Brown Glitter
Mod Podge
The background was covered with a golden paint and then I glued tissue paper over that and sprinklred the brown glitter on top and let it dry. I then cut all the leaves out of cream cardstock and dipped in the different colors of distress ink to get the watercolor effect. All the letters are painted onto the background. I used the paper that cut out the words as a stencil. I glued the leaves to the edge of the book and stamped some leaves around the page. I used the brown spectrum noir markers to go around all the edges and gave the leaves some detail.

Fall Wreath

Here is a wreath that was created using the Cricut and A Childs Year cartridge. The leaves were cut at 2 1/2 inches. I used 8 1/2 inch paper and set the auto fill button. It calculated 15 leaves at 2 1/2 inches. I used Red cardstock, Yellow cardstock, Green cardstock, Orange cardstock, and Brown cardstock. I cut a silhouette circle for the base of the wreath using George and Basic Shapes cartridge. Each leaf was inked on the edges and then slighty curled to give a realistic shape. The scarecrow came from http://www.svgcuts.com/ from the Harvest Hill Farm collection. He was cut at 6 inches using the sure cuts alot program. There are pieces that are cut for the face but I used a Peachy Keen face stamp for his face. I also cut some acorns from that collection and pop dotted them on the wreath. Stickles were used on some of the leaves to give an extra pop. (ignore the date on picture)Enjoy!

Fall Spirelli Card

Here is a card made using accent essentials for the spirelli cut cut at 2 inches. I used varigated floss and I put an acorn charm in the middle. The brown paper strip is a scrap and I used the fiskars border punch on both sides. The background paper is also a scrap. I used green moss to ink the edges of the background paper. Can be used for Birthday, Thanksgiving or any other fall related card giving oppurtunity. Enjoy!
