Mother's Day Shape Card

Cricut Machine
Gypsy
Mother's Day Cartridge
George and Basic Shapes Cartridge
Storybook Cartridge
Cri-kits gel pen and holder
Glaze Pens
White Gel Pen
Stickles: Yellow, Lt. Green
Pearls
Kraft Cardstock.

The card is a long card. It measures on the gypsy 5.42 w by 4.25 h.
The card was made on the gypsy. I made the card and then welded the flower shadow to the edge of the card. I cut the regular flower out in green and the flower part in pattern paper (a scrap). The flower came from the Mother's Day Cartridge. since this has no layers I had to cut the flower petal from the whole flower. I moved them on my gypsy so only the flower showed on the mat and did not have to cut the stem. I made another layer on the gypsy so I could use my gel pens to draw the sentiment and little flower border on top. Sentiment came from the mother's Day Cartridge and the border came from Storybook Cartridge. I used my glaze pens to color in the phrase and the border. I added the white gel pen to the center of the flowers. I added stickles to the large flower and put pearls on the inside edge where they will show when the card is closed.
Card was made for She's a Sassy Lady's Card Challenge.
Card was made for Cardz TV challenge #107.
