The card measures 5 1/2 by 4 1/4 inches. The mat was cut 1/8 smaller then the card base.
The bows were cut at 2 inches. The oval frame was cut at 3.5 inches. The cross was cut at 2.5 inches.
I added a large pearl in the 2 end bows and put 2 smaller pearls in the middle bow.
