This card was made with the Winnie the Pooh and Friends Cartridge. The flowers were cut at 3 inches and the butterfly was cut at 1 1/2 inches. The background paper I used the Fiskars texture plate. I run it through my Big Shot Machine, so much easier then using the texture tool. The Thinking of You is a Studio G stamp. I stamped it on pink cardstock and then put it on black cardstock and used my Perfect Layers Ruler to make a 1/16th border around the stamped image. I glued white ric-rac to the bottom of the card and rounded the corners. Enjoy!
I created this blog as a place to show my cards and other paper crafts. My hope is that they inspire other crafters. I hope you enjoy my projects and inspire that little spark of creativity. Enjoy looking around.

For this card I used The Pooh and Friends Cartridge and the Cricut. The worm was cut using the Icon button at 2 inches. The presents were cut at 1 inch, 1 1/4 inches and 1 1/2 inches also using the Icon button. The background I used Fiskars Texture Plate for the bugs. I used a clear stamp for the swirl design. The wording is Computer Generated and then I used Glitter Gel Pens to color it in. The inside says Happy Birthday. I used pop-dots to pop up the worm in front of the big present and then I used double pop-dots on the medium present to pop it in front of the worm. The small present I used on the inside of the card. Inked all the edges of the mats and went around the presents with a fine tip brown marker. Enjoy!

Decorative Panels made with Inkscape
This is a card I made just playing arund with inkscape. The 2 black border strips were made in inkscape. I used a decorative font. I took the image and made it to the size I needed and copied and pasted 2 more times. I then put one below the other and grouped and used the union button to weld them together. I then saved the file as an .svg and imported it into SCAL. I then cut out two with my cricut. I does not show but I used black diamond stickles on the design. This is a gate fold card. I used my fiskars border punch on both sides of the card.
Not sure what I will use this card for yet but it is ready to be used. Enjoy!

Snappy Birthday
The inspiration for this card came from a card I saw that used a rubber stamp for the crab and the wording. I did not have the stamp but with the cricut and SCAL I didn't need a stamp. For this card I used the SCAL program to cut the crab and the lettering. The crab is from
http://svgcuts.com/blog/ it was a free cut file. Check out this site. They have some great cuts. The crab was cut at 4 inches. The top layer in red and the bottom layer in black. I added some red stickles to him to dress him up. The letters were cut from a font on my computer at 3/4 inch. I added frosted lace stickles to the letters and the circles on the paper. The card is from Wild Card Cartridge it is the doily card cut with the blackout button on. The size of the card is 5 1/2 inches. Enjoy!

I cut the solid puppy in dark brown and then the outline puppy in a lighter brown. The corner piece is from the cuttlebug dies. The wording was computer generated. Enjoy!

Red, White and Blue Patriotic Card
This is a card that can be used for the up coming holidays in America. Memorial Day or Fourth of July. I used a small star punch for the stars. I used small plastic domes (dew drops, rain dots) for the center of the stars. I painted the domes with red, white and blue acrylic paint, let it dry and then put a clear glaze over the top. Made them shiny and the paint does not chip off. The heart is clip art. I printed it out and then cut it out and used pop-dots underneath the heart. I inked the edges and did three doodle dots next to the heart. Enjoy!

The Grinch and Max
Here is a card I made awhile back. I made the Grinch with my design studio software. This took a long time to make. The suit is from the christmas cheer cartridge. Max is from Paper Pups Cartridge. The background is a cave from a coloring book. The face was drawn in by me and his boots needed to be trimmed a bit. I think he came out looking pretty good. Enjoy!
