Card Stock: Recollections Purple, Pink, Yellow, Black
Misc: Ms Bubble Bath border punch, White gel pen, Yellow stickles
The frame was cut at 5 inches from Rockin Janie cartridge.
The cupcake was cut at 2 inches from Rockin Janie cartridge. I cut the shadow and the pieces to layer it all together.
I added yellow stickles to the flame. Enjoy!
