Sizzix Eclips Thinking of You card

I made this card with my new Sizzix Eclips machine. I used the All Occasions cartridge. Everything cut beautifully.
Everything is set in the machine you just set what type of paper and it sets the speed and pressure. The paper peels of the mat without it snagging on the cuts. I don't have to punch out and extra paper stuck on the cuts. The corners are from the same cartridge. This machine has some cool features and can't wait to test them all out.

Scrapbook Page

This page is for the snow we received on Dec 26 2010. The picture is still in my camera. We were not suppose to get any snow and we got 12.4 inches. All the cut outs are from my  Sizzix eclips machine and the seasonal cartridge. The pattern paper is KI Memories. This machine is wonderful. It cuts small details with no problems. It's a great machine.

Here is the back of the holders.

Designed the holder in my gypsy. Used a square and sized it to10.34 inch wide by 5.48 high. I used the end cap feature on plantin schoolbook number 41 on the gypsy screen. Used that for the holder of the card inside the card.I scored the card at 2 inches on one side and 4 inches on the other side.

I cut decorative pieces for the front of the card to hide the flaps where the card goes. A cut out the saying from Winter Frolic at 4.16 inches wide by 2.73 inches high.
I added I rock gems to the letter F for decoration.
I tied a ribbon from the inside to the outside for decoration.

    Decoupage Bird House Card

This card does not have any cricut cuts on it.  This could be used as a Christmas card or a winter Thank-you card.
The graphics are from PC Crafter. It is called Traditional Christmas by Tina Wenke. I have several collections from them and have not used them in quite awhile. I printed each graphic twice.  I kept the first layer together. The second layer I cut apart to create the look of decoupage. On the poinsettias I cut the flowers out for the top layer and added glossy accents to the petals and yellow stickles to the centers of the flowers. For the birdhouse I cut the second image apart and layered the bow, birds and rooftop. I added the glossy accents to those pieces also.  All the top layers are popped up with pop-dots. The pattern paper is from DCWV last years winter collection. I also inked the edges of the birdhouse graphic to tone down the white. Enjoy!

I attached the bow background to the base and then covered the whole thing with green flocking.
I cut the wreath at 3.50 inches from Christmas Cheer and all the layers. I did use the hide contour feature to take the lines out of the wreath.
AfterI glued all the pieces together I used my I-Rock tool to attach the silver gems on each of the scallops.
I attached a piece of ribbon across the top because it looked like it needed something.
I stamped the greeting and cut it out with deckle edged scissors.
I inked around the edges and attached to the top of the card. Enjoy!
